What a magical evening at the historic Colvin Run Mill! Thank you to our incredible event Co-Chairs, all our partners who contributed in many ways and everyone who came out to Celebrate Great Falls! 

Guests enjoyed: 

• a beautiful entrance decorated for the night by Sisson Landscape
• live jazz band King Street Syncopators
• farm-to-table bites made with grains milled on-site, catered by Brx American Bistro 
• award-winning Virginia wines from Pearmund Cellars
• ‘Best Northern Virginia Brewery 2023’ Lost Barrel’s craft beers
• award-winning, locally crafted Mount Defiance spirits & whiskey tasting along with artisan crafted hard ciders
• signature ‘Mill Mule’ craft cocktail
• past winners of the Paint Great Falls plein air competition, hosted by The Arts of Great Falls, exhibited and created beautiful works during the event. The featured artists were Tricia Ratliff, Christine Raymond and Anne Stine
• blacksmithing exhibit
• whiskey still exhibit
• silent auction

All profits benefit The Friends of Colvin Run Mill and their future projects and renovations. 

Funds raised by previous Mingle at the Mill events have gone toward refurbishing and maintaining the family garden and teak benches, labeling plants, new blacksmith signage, refurbishing the old shed by the mill and providing additional entertaining programing.
The Friends of Colvin Run Mill have more plans for the site, including beautifying the entry path to the mill and more.
